Crack is commonly smoked from a glass pipe (“stem”) with a steel wool filter. Oral injuries such as burns and lacerations are common among crack abusers and can be routes of viral infection when smoking paraphernalia is shared. If you don't like the idea of a crack pipe, make a changa blend and smoke it out of a pipe or bong like you would weed. Yea, I'm just going to do that.
